As you stay at either of the TradeWinds Island Resorts you are on the road to becoming a Paradise Club Exclusive Member.
There are three levels of Exclusive Members:
SILVER
- 20% off resort Food and Beverage
- 10 points awarded per one dollar spent
- 100% guaranteed reservation – we promise that once booked, your accommodations at a TradeWinds resort are guaranteed, regardless of arrival time
To receive Silver status, you simply spend a minimum of $1,500 January 1st through December 31st of each year. Spend is based on eligible room and incidental charges posted to your room. See “Terms and Conditions” for eligible charges.
GOLD

Level Structure
SILVER: ($1,500 up to $2,499)
To receive Silver status, you simply spend a minimum of $1,500 January 1st through December 31st of each year. Spend is based on eligible room and incidental charges posted to your room account.
GOLD: ($2,500 up to $4,999)
To receive Gold status, you simply spend a minimum of $2,500 January 1st through December 31st of each year. Spend is based on eligible room and incidental charges posted to your room account.
DIAMOND: ($5,000 and above)
To receive Diamond status, you simply spend a minimum of $5,000 January 1st through December 31st of each year. Spend is based on eligible room and incidental charges posted to your room account.
Current Terms and Conditions:
- Room charges that are not included in the definition of Eligible Room:
- Pre-paid rooms where the booking is made by an agent or third party and you pay for that booking directly to such third party, such as tour or tour operators, and pre-paid channels, including, but not limited to priceline.com, expedia.com, hotels.com, hrn.com, hotwire.com, lastminute.com, site59.com, orbitz.com, travelocity.com, cheaptickets.com, quickbook.com, travelweb.com, lodging.com, yahootravel.com, and msntravel.com are not Eligible Rates.
- Room rates that are master billed or paid at tour operator rates, wholesaler rates, including WFNR, travel industry staff rates, TAED rates, and crew room rates
- Employee rates
- Complimentary rooms
- Room charges that are not included in the definition of Eligible Incidental: taxes, gratuities, service charges and other applicable charges, such as energy charges.
- We reserve the right to deduct any Paradise Club Points to a Membership account in error without notice. If refunds are made to you in respect of goods or services for which you received points, TradeWinds Island Resorts will adjust the number of points awarded.
- No Paradise Club points may be exchanged or redeemed for cash, prizes or credit. Awards must be redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the procedures specified on the Point certificate, if any.
- Point redemption must be made no less than 48 hours prior to arrival on the Paradise Club Shop.
- Point items will be given to at time of check in, unless specified on item at time of redemption.
- Point items cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed.
- Advance Upgrade Awards may be (a) used when paying an Eligible Rate only, (b) confirmed within five days of arrival only, and (c) subject to blackout dates and availability restrictions. Advance Upgrade Awards are based on a designated point value per night. The number of Paradise Club Points required to redeem Advance Room Upgrades vary by the category in which a specific Participating Property is classified.

- Silver: 4,000
- Gold: 2,000
- Diamond: 1,000
